IVC's visitors are destined to make changes in their countries. IVC's staff & Board are "resource detectives" whose search for the right experts, to meet with visitors for an exchange of ideas and create institutional linkages, never ends.  As a Citizen Diplomat, you have opportunities to meet your counterparts from abroad and establish partnerships and new friendships.
